Thanksgiving, first snow and xmas tree

I was bold this year and attempted to make not just the turkey myself, but also cornbread stuffing, apple pie, brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce and gravy, all from scratch. My parents came on Wednesday so I could prep everything.

The food turned out quite well. My sister said strong and even thanksgiving I can do by myself!

On Saturday we woke up to everything covered in snow and o took the kids to the park across the street on the sled I got at a garage sale.

And following tradition, we got our tree in Snoqualmie and had brunch at Salish Lodge. Only sad thing was that they took the croque Madame off the menu, so Charlie and I wore thoroughly disappointed.
